August 3, 2023Sidewalk and pathway closures around the Fairfax Campus through August 14, 2023.
July 27, 2023Contractors are currently completing tree work on the Fairfax Campus. Expect heavy equipment, traffic controls, and flaggers along roadways and sidewalks, from July 27 through August 1.
July 24, 2023The window replacement project that was scheduled for Thursday, July 27, at Horizon Hall has been rescheduled for Friday, August 4. A large exterior window at Horizon Hall will be replaced. The window is on the 6th floor, facing Krug Hall. Truck traffic will be present on Wilkins Plaza and around Horizon Hall.-
July 21, 2023Campus notice for the Fairfax Campus of George Mason University. Sections of sidewalk near Enterprise Hall, facing the Johnson Center, will be closed from Monday, July 24, through Tuesday, August 15, while utility work is performed. Detour signage will be posted to help pedestrians move through the area.

July 20, 2023All elevator phones on the Fairfax Campus will be unavailable on Sunday, July 23, from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m., while network updates are performed.
June 26, 2023Sections of sidewalk near Carroll and Dominion halls in the Commons housing neighborhood on the Fairfax Campus will be closed from Monday, June 26, through Friday, June 30, for repairs.-
June 22, 2023A campus notice about garage power washing, fire alarm testing, and modified library hours at Mason Square.

June 16, 2023A section of sidewalk in front of Planetary Hall and Exploratory Hall, facing the Johnson Center, will be closed from Monday, June 19, through Thursday, July 20, while utility work is performed

May 22, 2023Contractors will be on the SciTech Campus to complete road work on the following dates: Friday, May 26; Tuesday, May 30; and Wednesday, May 31.
May 16, 2023George Mason University Commencement and Degree Celebrations will be hosted on the Fairfax Campus from Thursday, May 18, through Saturday, May 20. Heavy traffic is expected on campus between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. each day.
May 2, 2023Road striping crews will be on the Fairfax Campus May 1-16 to remark directional striping, crosswalks and other road markings.-
April 27, 2023Contractors will complete repairs and renovations to sidewalks, curbs, and ramps throughout the SciTech Campus from Monday, May 1, through Friday, May 5.
