The university envisions a 21-month process starting in January 2020 and ending in September 2021.
The master plan will focus on plans for Mason's three primary campuses -- Fairfax, SciTech and Arlington. While resources did not permit the same detailed study of other smaller Mason locations, the master plan work will certainly inform judgments relating to those locations, creating a framework for making strategic decisions about opportunities and challenges.
The work will be divided into two phases.
