Robinson Hall Replacement
Week of July 1:
- Complete new concrete building foundations.
- Continue waterproofing of new foundation walls.
- Continue installation of underground mechanical and plumbing work.
- Continue to pour slab on grade for lowest level of new building.
- Complete punch list items for landscape and hardscape restoration of site around Harris Theatre.
- Procurement of materials for full scale building envelop mock up.
- Finalize plan for delivery of crane to support steel erection of new building.
- Continue underground utility installation on northeast corner of new building site—this work will impact pedestrian walkways during overnight work.
Week of July 8:
- Complete waterproofing of new foundation walls.
- Continue installation of underground mechanical and plumbing work.

- Beginning Friday, July 12, through Monday, July 15, the crane will be delivered to site in preparation for steel erection.

Week of July 1:
- Continue site restoration in Phase 1A (Aquia Creek Lane), 1B (Johnson Center South Plaza), and 2B (West Building) areas.
- Continue hardscape and landscape restoration in Phase 1 (Aquia Creek Lane, Johnson Center South Plaza, EagleBank Arena) and 2 (Music/Theatre, West Building) areas.
- Finalize re-install of site lighting in Phase 1 and 2 areas.
- Continue trenching and pipe installation in Phase 3 areas (Wilkins Plaza extension from clock to Southside Plaza).
- Continue trenching in Phase 4 areas (Southside east to Central Heating and Cooling Plant).
- Continue trenching in Phase 6 areas (near Commonwealth and Dominion Halls).
Week of July 8:
