Robinson Hall Replacement
Week of May 6:
- Continue excavation for foundations and underground mechanical work.
- Continue to pour concrete at new building foundations.
- Continue landscape and hardscape restoration of site around Harris Theatre.
- Continue installation of storm water line on southeast side of Harris Theatre.
- Commissioning and training for new mechanical equipment in Harris Theatre service/utility area.
- Procurement of materials for full scale building envelop mock up.
Week of May 13:

Utility Infrastructure Project
Week of May 6:
- Continue site restoration in Phase 1A (Aquia Creek Lane), 1B (Johnson Center South Plaza), 2A (Music Theater) and 2B (West Building) areas.
- Continue hardscape and landscape restoration in Phase 1 (Aquia Creek Lane, Johnson Center South Plaza, EagleBank Arena) and 2 (Music Theater, West Building) areas.
- Continue to re-install site lighting in Phase 1 and 2 areas.
- Continue trenching and pipe installation in Phase 3 areas (Wilkins Plaza extension - from Clock to Southside Plaza).
- Existing utility locating to continue in Phase 4 areas (Southside east to central heating and cooling plant).
Week of May 13:
- Substantially complete site restoration in Phase 1C (EagleBank Arena) and 2A (Music Theater) areas.
- Install remaining pipe and test in Phase 1B (Johnson Center South Plaza) area, start backfill.
- Continue site restoration in Phase 1A (Aquia Creek Lane), 1B (Johnson Center South Plaza), and 2B (West Building) areas.
- Continue hardscape and landscape restoration in Phase 1 (Aquia Creek Lane, Johnson Center South Plaza, EagleBank Arena) and 2 (Music Theater, West Building) areas.
- Continue to re-install site lighting in Phase 1 and 2 areas.
- Continue trenching and pipe installation in Phase 3 areas (Wilkins Plaza extension - from Clock to Southside Plaza).
- Existing utility locating to continue in Phase 4 areas (Southside east to Central Heating and Cooling Plant).
- Planned chilled water shutdown of David King Hall to commence on May 16, to be completed by May 19. This is the only work that will be occurring on Commencement day, May 17.
