Robinson Hall replacement
Week of April 8:
- Finalize mass excavation activities.
- Finalize testing of high temperature hot water and chilled water utilities to Harris Theatre, backfill chilled water trench.
- Begin trenching and installation of storm water line on south east side of Harris Theatre.
- Continue start up and testing of mechanical equipment in Harris Theatre service/utility area.
- Finalize relocation of utilities on the site of Robinson A including chilled water pipes and storm water piping.
- Finalize exterior enclosure on Robinson B.
Week of April 15:
- Begin excavation for foundations and underground mechanical work.
- Begin landscape and hardscape restoration of site around Harris Theatre.
- Begin Installation of storm water line on southeast side of Harris Theatre.
- Training for new Mechanical Equipment in Harris Theatre service/utility area.
- Continue installation of storm water pipe at Harris Theatre area.
Utility Infrastructure Project
Week of April 8:
- Backfill to continue in Phases 1A (Aquia Creek Lane), 1B (Johnson Center South Plaza) and 2B (West Building) areas.
- Testing in phase 1A, 1B and 2B areas.
- Continue backfill and site restoration in Phase 1A, 1B, 2A (Music Theater) and 2B areas.
- Continue hardscape and landscape restoration in Phase 1 (Aquia Creek Lane, Johnson Center South Plaza, EagleBank Arena) and 2 (Music Theater, West Building) areas.
- Continue to re-install site lighting in Phase 1 and 2 areas
- Continue trenching and pipe installation in Phase 3 areas (Wilkins Plaza extension - from clock to Southside Plaza).
- Existing utility locating to continue in Phase 4 areas (Southside east to central heating and cooling plant).
Week of April 15:
