Robinson Hall Replacement
Week of November 26:
- Complete Sprinkler Installation in Robinson B.
- Complete installation of Fire Alarm System in Robinson B.
- Continue interior improvements in Harris Theatre Service/Utility Area.
- Continue installation of new utilities to Harris Theatre.
- Continue relocation of utilities on the site of Robinson A.
- Complete installation of new entrance in Robinson B.
Week of December 3:
- Complete Sprinkler Testing in Robinson B.
- Fire Alarm System Testing in Robinson B and Harris Theatre.
- Continue interior improvements in Harris Theatre Service/Utility Area.
- Continue installation of new utilities to Harris Theatre.
- Continue relocation of utilities on the site of Robinson A.
- Remove temporary partition in Robinson B at new entrance.
Utility Infrastructure Project:
Week of November 26:
- Trenching to continue in the area of the West Loading Dock.
- Install and test piping in phase 1A (Aquia Creek Lane) and 1B (Johnson Center South Plaza) areas.
- Finalize testing in phase 1C area (EagleBank Arena).
- Begin backfill of chilled water supply and return pipe trenches in phase 1C area.
- Test pitting in phase 2A area (Music Theater).
- Begin layout and trenching in Phase 2A area.
- Continue hardscape and landscape restoration in phase 1B and 1C areas.
Week of December 3:
- Trenching and pipe installation to continue in the south area of Phase 1A (Aquia Creek Lane).
- Finalize testing in phase 1A (Aquia Creek Lane) and 1B (Johnson Center South Plaza) areas.
- Test pitting in phase 2A area (Music Theater).
- Continue trenching and pipe installation in Phase 2A area.
- Continue hardscape and landscape restoration in phase 1B and 1C (EagleBank Arena) areas.
- Re-install site lighting in phase 1 areas.
