Core Campus Project 2-week Look Ahead 7/23/2018 - 8/5/2018
New Academic Building:
Week of July 23rd –
- Construction Fencing will be arriving on site and will begin installation – it will take approximately 2 weeks to install all site fencing.
- Preparing Submittals and Shop Drawings for Long Lead Equipment Orders
Week of July 30th –
- Construction fence installation continues – signs for pedestrian re-routes are installed
- Fire Wall Patching in Robinson B
- Hazardous Materials Abatement begins in Robinson A
Utility Infrastructure Project:
Week of July 23rd –
- Construction fencing installation continues in near Thompson Hall and down Aquia Lane, south of Johnson Center and Patriot Circle to Eagle Bank Arena
- Construction fencing at laydown area and job site office trailers delivered to site previously occupied by student apartments.
- Shop Drawings approved and piping ordered for phases 1A, B and C
Week of July 30th -
- Installation of erosion and sediment control measures including silt fencing and etc.
- Temporary pathways installed in areas where sidewalks disrupted
- Vegetation, signs, light fixtures and etc. in construction areas removed.
- Signs installed for re-routing pedestrian routes on campus
